Christianity is a cult of human sacrifice.

Good luck trying to reason with people who believe in talking snakes, virgin births, and boats carrying two of every animal on the planet. I've given up on attempting to enlighten people who can't wait for the world to end, and who get their morals from either the promise of reward after death, or the fear of being punished forever, rather than understanding what is simply the right thing to do.

Now I know why Bible believers reject Darwinism so adamantly, because he was suggesting that human brains have evolved beyond the need for religion, and they're one rung down on a ladder that will continue upward no matter what. They've missed the boat, but will always insist they're better off on an island that is slowly sinking, and will surely, one day, completely disappear off the map.
